Michelle Blair joined Summit Electric Supply in 2015 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She leads human resource strategy, associate services, employee engagement, and learning and development across the company. She works closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.

Michelle began her career at Summit as a Payroll Administrator in the Albuquerque service center. She advanced through roles within the human resources department, including Director of Associate Services. Her growth reflects consistent performance and a strong commitment to Summit’s associates.

Before stepping into her current role, Michelle built more than a decade of experience in payroll, human resources, and accounting within manufacturing and distribution organizations. She managed multi state payroll, supported regulatory compliance, oversaw compensation and benefits administration, and produced workforce reporting for leadership teams. Her background gives her a practical understanding of both frontline operations and corporate responsibilities.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources, PHR.
